Webster Groves

  • Webster Groves is a picturesque suburb known for its vibrant community spirit and historic charm. The architecture here features a delightful mix of Craftsman, Victorian, and Tudor-style homes, all nestled along tree-lined streets that enhance the neighborhood's inviting atmosphere.

  • We love the vibes at May Pop, the coffee and garden shop known for “purposeful plants and inspired beverages.” Katherine Poppen is a realtor you’ll see any time you stop by an event with our friends at the Webster Groves Chamber of Commerce.

Kirkwood

  • Kirkwood offers a perfect blend of suburban convenience and small-town feel, characterized by its strong sense of community. The homes showcase classic American styles, including charming brick bungalows and elegant colonials, reflecting the area's rich history and aesthetic appeal.

  • The train tracks that run right through Kirkwood provide an old-timey feel that adds a touch of charm to one of our favorite community gatherings in St. Louis. The Kirkwood Farmer’s Market operates 9 months out of the year with differing seasonal offerings. Walk over to one of the original Kaldi’s Coffee shops, or down the street for a local beer at the tasting room 4 Hands Kirkwood.

Ladue

  • Ladue is synonymous with luxury and sophistication, boasting sprawling estates and elegant mansions that exemplify upscale living. The architecture often features traditional designs with meticulously landscaped grounds, creating a serene and refined environment.

  • Spaces like The Ladue Pharmacy reflect our values of connecting with customers on a personal level, showing there is a place for local, independently owned businesses in the pharmaceutical world. While pickleball sweeps the nation, folks at The Ladue Racquet Club are swinging traditional tennis rackets in style. Our favorite local grocery store is St. Louis’s own Schnucks, especially the location in Ladue Crossing. Speaking of famous St. Louis chains, the Ladue Kaldi’s is a must stop for an excellent ambiance and drink.

U-City

  • University City is a diverse and vibrant community known for its eclectic atmosphere. The architectural landscape is equally varied, showcasing styles from mid-century modern to quaint brick cottages, reflecting the neighborhood’s artistic spirit and inclusivity.

  • While St. Louis isn’t widely known for our pizza, it’s quite easy to find a good pie. Dewey’s Pizza, now touting locations in multiple states, opened its doors in U-City with their creative pizzas and delicious salads. Take a walk down the edge of Forest Park on Lindell Blvd to see some of the most beautiful homes in our area. Within the park you can find the St. Louis Art Museum, the Zoo, and don’t miss out on seeing a live outdoor musical performance at The Muny every summer.

Town and Country

  • Town & Country is a prestigious suburb recognized for its spacious properties and luxurious lifestyle. The architecture here includes impressive custom-built homes, often blending traditional and contemporary designs, all set against a backdrop of beautifully landscaped greenery.

  • Did you know Town & Country is home to its own plant-based meat alternative creations from the headquarters of Hungry Planet? They have provided food for restaurants all over the US, and even led local fast food chain Lion’s Choice to add a meat-free alternative on their menu! Looking to move into this area? Glendale

  • Glendale is a charming neighborhood that offers a welcoming small-town vibe. Its homes exude character with mid-century designs and classic ranch-style architecture, providing a cozy, inviting feel that fosters community connections.

  • If you love Italian food, but can’t make it all the way to The Hill, stop for an Italian sandwich at Vitale’s Deli in Glendale! Our favorite realtor in St. Louis is John Jackson at Neighborhood Real Estate. His team works all over the city, but especially in Glendale, Webster Groves and Kirkwood.
